“I have signed a Decree on the rehabilitation of the Crimean Tatar population of Crimea, the Armenian population, Germans, Greeks – all those who suffered during the Stalinist repressions,” Vladimir Putin said. – Also, this Decree spells out measures for the socio-economic development of some territories, which in recent years, one might say decades, have been practically abandoned and have not been legally formalized in any way and have not developed at all socially, but only degraded. The Head of the Republic said that on the eve of the tourist season in Crimea, a complete inventory of the beaches of the peninsula was carried out. Specialists from the prosecutor’s office, the police, the Property Fund and the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea traveled to the coast.
Citizens and enterprises that illegally installed fences in the coastal zones of Crimea, the Government has set a deadline until May 1, 2014 to correct the situation.

Depositors of Ukrainian banks will receive compensation.
Depositors will receive compensation from the state budget, said Acting Head of the Republic of Crimea – Chairman of the Council of Ministers Sergey Aksyonov. “Compensations will be paid in amounts up to 700 thousand rubles. Funds for this have been reserved in the federal budget,” Sergey Aksyonov said.
Compensation above this amount to depositors of Ukrainian banks, including legal entities, will be made at the expense of funds received from the sale of property of financial institutions located in Crimea. “And at the expense of the property of the state of Ukraine, which is at our disposal. No one will lose anything – we guarantee this, ”Aksenov assured.

Beaches for people with disabilities will appear in Crimea.
On the territory of the Republic of Crimea, it is planned to equip beaches for people with disabilities.
This decision will be implemented within the framework of the order of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated April 14, 2014 “On the plan of priority measures to create an unhindered living environment for persons with disabilities in the Republic of Crimea”.
Now a pilot project is being prepared for several beaches in Evpatoria, Alushta and Yalta, which will be equipped for the disabled, as an example for other regions.

In the Republic of Crimea, the minimum wage was set for 2014.
At yesterday’s meeting of the Presidium of the Crimean Parliament, a decision was made to establish the minimum wage (SMIC) at the level of 5,554 rubles per month (1,461.58 hryvnia) from April 1 this year throughout the Republic of Crimea.

For reference: as of January 1, 2014, the minimum wage in Ukraine is 1218 hryvnia.

7 billion rubles will be invested in the transport infrastructure of the Crimea.
